At Applifix Cleaning Services, we prioritize hygiene and cross-contamination prevention. For this reason, we prefer to use the client’s vacuum whenever possible, as it helps reduce the transfer of dust, allergens, and debris between homes.

If you do not have a vacuum available, our team can provide one upon request. A small $20 equipment sanitization and preparation fee will apply.

Our goal is always to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and care for every client we serve.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps cover reserved time, staffing costs, and scheduling adjustments.

Applifix Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge the cancellation fee to the card on file.

For quality assurance, training, and liability protection purposes, Applifix Cleaning Services may take before-and-after photos of the specific areas serviced. Photos will focus solely on the work performed and will not intentionally capture personal items.
